Password Management - Getting Started

NOTICE: Fresno State will never send you an email asking you to confirm or verify your email account by providing your password.

Welcome! Change your Fresno State account password using one of the three methods below.

IMPORTANT: To avoid causing your account to become locked after you've changed your password, please disable or turn off all devices that have access to your Fresno State email and calendar BEFORE clicking the "Continue..." button. After you've changed your password, you can re-enable each device one at a time and update its settings with the new password.

Other Passwords

  • To change your Google Apps mobile (POP/IMAP) password, go to this page.
  • If your computer uses the AD (Active Directory) system and you need to reset your AD password, you can reset your password using this page.
  • If you need access to your Fresno State hosted web page and are receiving password errors, you'll need to contact the University Help Desk to reset the "shell" account password on the server where your web pages are stored.
