If your account is set up for it (most Fresno State faculty and staff accounts are), this Password Management site will ask you to answer a question to which only you should know the answer. You can change the secret question you are asked and the answer you are expected to respond with using this page.

Having Trouble Logging Into your Computer?

Many Windows-based computers on the Fresno State campus utilize the campus's central Microsoft Active Directory (AD) system to allow users to login to their computers. If your Windows-based computer uses the AD system and you need to reset your AD password, you can reset your password using this page.
